We were made welcome from the start, the facilities were good with the nice touch being the record payer and albums to play in the room. We didn't use the pool but had the weather been better we would have done. A relatively easy walk into central Boston and the Museum of Fine Art is close by. Breakfast was good and again the touch of musical entertainment at breakfast was fun.

The location of the hotel is excellent,walkable to Boston Common and all shopping areas.The room was a very good size with two double beds,the bed was very comfortable and the housekeeping was a very high standard.

The location was great, very central to Boston Common, Boston Public Gardens and Theatre District. Rooms were spacious and the hotel gave us interconnected rooms.
What really pleased me was the location. Everything was fine in it: there were a couple of good restaurants next to the hostel, and Boston Common was very close, as well as the metro was within walking distance (which means that the whole city is in the palm of your hand). In the morning there was a good breakfast (although I would add something "protein", like boiled eggs, sausage or sausages), which greatly allows tourists with a small budget to save on food

One issue when we arrived as cleaning schedule had been mixed up but the host sorted it out as quickly as possible.

Loved the historic feeling of the hotel. Loved the location! It was easy to have access to the local attractions (being located near the Boston Common and numerous places of history), plus Boston is a great "walking" city
The staff were great. Really helpful, kind & just nice. It felt like quite a small hotel where you knew each other more than usually happens in hotels. Stayed here for the Marathon. Convenient for Boston Common, which was only walking distance.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to Quincy Market and the harbour. We were able to walk to most of Boston's sights and attractions from the hotel, including Boston Common. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the shower was powerful, and the beds were very comfortable. I'd asked for foam pillows on one bed (due to allergies), feather pillows on the other, and this was provided.
The room was nice, felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. Has a small kitchen with pots and pans. Parking is around back, for $30 per night. Close to Prudential Center and various T stops. We walked from Copley House across the Boston Common to the Freedom Trail and North End, then took the Orange Line from North Station to Mass Ave to get back.
