The location is what makes this hotel exceptional. You couldn't be closer to the entrance of the walking trail along the Charles River Esplanade or closer to the Red Line T stop! And right outside the door is Beacon Hill, which is so incredible charming. Also loved the later checkout (standard checkout is 12pm). There's also a restaurant in the lobby with a beautiful courtyard. I sat out there and read with a glass of wine one night and it was lovely!
Great location, convenient to restaurants and cafes but also to the Commons, Beacon hill and everywhere really. Very close to the subway also which meant we could be in Harvard for a visit in 20 minutes.
Location of this hotel is great. It is right across street from famous Beacon Hill area with lot of nice centuries old houses. It is also very close to freedom trial and subway stations.
The location was the best part. So close to Boston common and beacon hill neighborhood. The staff was very friendly. Room was fine. Perfect for one night.

The location is perfect for us. Our daughter lives in the Beacon Hill neighborhood, so Sonder House is convenient - close by and more room than a traditional hotel room.
The location was excellent, within a short walking distance of the charming Beacon Hill area. Charles street is also nearby with shops and places to eat. The hotel is right next to Whole Foods and a short walk from two subway stations. The staff were also very helpful in general.
