Get yourself a guide to Boston or read up on some history and then wear your comfortable walking shoes. To walk around and then make your way back down the hill to the north end for
Little Italy. Boston is such an easy place to walk if you learn how the streets are connected. It is not a grid such as NY it is more like two wagon wheel spokes where streets branch out . Walking the trail is a great idea to exercise and have enjoyment without spending money.

Scenic, but the cobblestones are (understandably) more difficult to walk on and nearly every house had a sign out front reminding you that it's a residential area and that you should be quiet and be on your way.

Check in / check out worked great
This is a beautiful stylish boutique hotel in Beacon Hill, Charles Street. Beautiful location and it felt very special following its expandation and renovation of the previous John Jefferies House. It was very comfortable and the attention to detail in the rooms, was very nice. There is an outside courtyard, whilst it was small, it was a bit of a haven in the city!
Everything. Hotel in the beautiful Beacon Hill area. Warm friendly positive staff. Very special place. Nice touches everyday Lovely room. Very comfortable bed.
ALL staff were brilliant. Special mention to Camil who gave us the warmest welcome and Joyce for such friendly checkout
