Our room was spacious with a nice balcony and the bathroom was very large with a separate shower and bath tub. I loved the gym which was equipped with the newest TechnoGym workout stations. The property was just beautiful and we took long walks through quiet wooded areas. The spa was fantastic and the front desk immediately arranged for a free transportation anywhere on the property. A very unique and wonderful feature is that one never has to leave the property for world class dining. With two Michelin Star restaurants and several other great options for fine dining or more casual dining, this hotel truly stands out. The staff went beyond their call of duty to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Location is excellent. Right in the middle of the action but tucked in a quite corner location. The hotel is kinda old though and already looks in need of an upgrade. Not all rooms have the best views and the ones that have are not guaranteed.

Location was good and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Lovely to have the view of the Sintra National Palace from the front windows and the Moorish castle from the back windows. The apartment was easy to find, with clear instructions from the host on access codes and getting keys. The apartment was lovely and clean and comfortable with good facilities in the kitchen.
Jamie was a great host, very welcoming, friendly and accomodating.
The location was perfect for us; although the hotel is situated in a tranquil setting with lovely views, it is only three minutes walk from the Sintra National Palace and close to restaurants. There are several very attractive outdoor areas which are ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.
The hotel is newly renovated and the room was comfortable, spacious and clean.
Parking exclusive to the hotel is available, which is a great advantage in Sintra.
