What’s not to like about wandering up the wide drive of a palace and knowing you have bed for the night? From the hand-painted walls and ceilings to the serene swimming pool that offers a glimpse of the sea, there is just so much here to love. The staff is extremely welcoming, kind and funny. It was divinely quiet and so very comfortable.

The location was great and easy walking distance to the main square of Sintra. We loved the views from our balcony, easiness and access to the AirBnb. They should boast more that they are adjacent to a beautiful park and right near the entrance to hike to Moorish Castle and Pena Palace! That was a hidden perk that we found out about. The stay had all we could need and more.

Great location in the historic center, across the street from Sintra National Palace (was seen from our room balcony), all the castles in walking distance! Spacious rooms. Plentiful delicious breakfast with lots of healthy and/or tasty options.
Excellent location close to the Sintra National Palace, and very helpful staff. The hotel has a parking garage. Historical feel in keeping with the town’s atmosphere.
The grounds were picture-perfect and well taken care of. Our party felt the rooms were larger than we expected and comfortable. It was a close walk to Sintra National Palace and in that regard, conveniently located. We especially loved the breakfast service and were delighted to see a peacock on the grounds pass by our window as we had our meal. The staff was very helpful in arranging our transport to Humberto Delgado Airport early in the morning and it made our trip much smoother.
Such a unique experience staying right across the Sintra National Palace. We loved it! The host met us to hand over the keys. Checking in and out went smoothly. Prompt response communicating via Booking.com chat. The living area is quite spacious with high ceilings and equipped with washer/dryer. I would recommend to anyone who's visiting Sintra for the first time since it is centrally located and very easy to get around the village. There are many restaurants nearby.
Fabulous location just a short walk from the Sintra National Palace. The staff was very helpful and gave us good ideas on what to see in our limited time there. The breakfast was great.
Our hostess was very helpful with check in, stowing the car, and recommending a good nearby restaurant, not that there aren't dozens of great ones within walking distance. In particular she recommended Raiz Sintra, about a fifteen minute walk away. This location is a great spot for visiting nearby Pena Palace, The Moorish Castle, Quinta da Regaleira and closest of all, Sintra National Palace. The room had a lovely view of the Sintra area, especially at night. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if we were ever back in Sintra.
The location was perfect right in the center of town and had beautiful views of sintra National palace and sintra. The room and the hotel are beautiful and perfect for families. The breakfast was amazing. Also, Alexandra, the host, was so loving and accommodating. She especially helpful with and sweet to our baby. We really loved our stay! Villa Bela Vista made our visit to sintra special!
This hotel was by far my most favorite of our trip. The staff are amazing and the breakfast was perfect. The view from our room was stunning. The hotel is a short walk from the Sintra National Palace and many stores and restaurants. It is also very well situated for visiting all of the palaces and monuments in the area. You need to stay here!
Room was comfortable with view to the Moorish Castle. Breakfast was very good and location was perfect for us: Not on the crowded area but close enough to walk to town and good hike to Moorish castle, the palace of Pena, Sintra National Palace, and even Monteserate Palace…
