The staff's service is amazing. The location is excellent, and the hotel and the rooms are great. I would easily have given the highest evaluation if it weren´t for one detail, which will be explained below.

This property was in a perfect location, right were someone new to Portugal would want to be. The hotel was…eclectic and interesting; you have to see it on person. This is not your standard Embassey Suite/Hilton, it had history and it was stunning on person. The concierge. Were awesome!!! The breakfast was perfect with the friendliest staff!!! The restursmr was also incredible, try their tomahawk steak, one of the best we had in Portugal. You really can't go wrong with this place, trust me, I did the research.
