The staff were really warm and the service was impeccable. Not only do they cater to your every need within the hotel, they also proactively offer to give recommendations to help you adjust your travel itinerary to make the most out of your trip in and around Lisbon.
My wife and I really appreciated the small little touches like free drinks and snacks all day long at the lobby, free snacks and drinks in the room (everything in the room was complimentary and refilled twice a day), as well as the free and informative guided tours. We stayed for 5 nights and looked forward to coming "home" to the hotel every evening to see what new snacks were provided at the lobby (e.g. freshly made pancakes, hotdog stand, ice-cream machine, local snacks, etc).
Breakfast at the hotel was also really good. We especially liked the eggs benedict.

Everyone was very welcoming, and the ambiance, especially at the rooftop bar, amazing. Great way to enjoy the views over the river in Lisbon, and very well-situated to walk to most of the old town areas one wants to visit. We even signed up for a walking tour with one of the staff which was alot of fun and added to the positive experience. We'll definitely stay there next time we have the chance to go to Lisbon!

Amazing stay! The hotel was spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to visit. Every day, they provided us with coffee capsules for the machine in our room, which was a lovely touch. On top of that, they surprised us by lending us an umbrella on the day it rained—a thoughtful gesture that showed how much they care about their guests. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We will definitely choose this hotel again!
