This was absolutely the best spot. It was private and only a 5 minute walk to the Nizwa souq. The place was clean and tidy with nice personal touches. The host was very easy to deal with and welcoming.

It's situated in the old town, and is 2 minutes' walk from Nizwa Fort and 3 minutes' walk from the Nizwa Souq. The hotel itself is a traditional architecture. Everything is new in the hotel, so everything is spotless. Wifi works well. Staff are very friendly and helpful. From them, you can really feel the hospitality of Omani people.
On site parking available and easy access to Nizwa Souq (about 8 min walk). There is an authentic Omani low seating area in the room, which is very cute. Breakfast under the palm tree terrace.
Is new apartment with small kitchen and bathroom (shower). In the building 24h market. Located 15 min driving from Nizwa souq, easy by taxi, or car if you rent. Also near Birkat Al Mouz with its ruins and lovely coffee shop. Very kind and nice owner who always in touch though WhatsApp. He even allowed me late check out (if no next guest arriving) without extra charge.

Antique Innl is an amazing place to stay in Nizwa, in a traditional building of Nizwa.
You will really feel like an Omani. Rooms are comfortable. You will have everything you need to enjoy your stay: air conditioning, a pool to relax and cool down after hot summer days outside. It is next to the Nizwa souq (I recommend on Fridays with the goats - and sheeps - souq) and to Nizwa Fort. Excellent location! The view on the city is great.

Very close to Nizwa Souq and the fort, walking distance. Among the congested city, this is in such a peaceful location. Its a guest house so dont expect the luxury of a hotel, but its very comfortable. The host is very good and helpful.
