We absolutely loved our stay here in Nizwa. The location is fantastic to explore the town. The rooftop offers spectacular views and the breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend staying here and would visit again.

the location was perfects, near to nizwa souq and fort. it takes like 10 minutes walking to these places. the wi-fi’s connection was 10/10. the hot water was available 7/24.
Location in the middle of Nizwa Souq surrounded by nice cafes, local Omani food, and shopping. 45 min drive to the mountains for a nature walks and hikes. Friendly and helpful staff and clean facilities.
Booked a suite room for 1 night stay. Rooms was good in terms of space and cleanliness. However, there was a foul smell in the bedroom which was primarily because the rooms are not air conditioned well and also because the carpets and curtains are pretty old. Sprayed a lot of air freshener but still couldnt get rid of the smell.
