Stunning room!! Wow!! So spacious and luxurious. Everything was high end, the lounge, king bed, the bathroom with bath and the plush linen. It was so so nice! The location was perfect, a short stroll to the spa and the pubs!

So many options here. 20+ pools for all ages plus slides and space to lounge. Recommed the multi entry day pass. Head in at 10am until lunch, go home for a break then head in again later in the afternoon/evening.

Glad we went in the winter as it was still pretty busy. Also winter gives you chance to appreciate the snowy mountains. We shared an amazing pizza, the chef's special was excellent. The deserts also looked good. Coffee was good

Make sure you stay a while, thankfully we stayed for two days but could have stayed a week. Must do's, a good long hot soak in the springs each day, a good walk up to the lookout, this is a 30 minute up and 30 minute down but don't be fooled if you have a leg injury you may not get to the top to see the spectacular views, a moderate level of fitness is needed to accomplish this

I have been there twice now.

I have been there twice now. The first time I got burnt by the shower, as it only had boiling water on tap. The second time, the very poor communication skills of the staff, made me request (and get) a refund.
