Room was spacious, comfortable and warm. The bathroom had underfloor heating - wow!
I visited during Polar Night (January) - outside weather always below -10C!
Breakfast buffet was good - a great variety.

Stellar accommodations in central Longyearbyen. Breakfast was standard Nordic buffet, delicious, filling and with endless cups of coffee. Room was very comfortable, great beds with plenty of light in the room. Hotel was warm and cozy throughout. (Also, when I say central Longyearbyen, nothing is a very long walk away.)

Easily one of the most interesting hotels I've ever stayed in. On the airport shuttle bus, the driver described it as "the cutest little hotel in Svalbard," and he was absolutely right. Warm and cozy rooms, and a comfy lounge to relax in. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient – within easy walking distance from all the interesting locations in Longyeabyen. Breakfast is filling, and the restaurant serves an excellent dinner.
