A bit dated yet fantastic hotel. The room & bath size and comfort was amazing. They decorated the bed & bath with rose petals which was a pleasant surprise. We loved the location, close to restaurants, taxi stand, and just stones throw from many must see sites such as Koutoubia mosque, Medina & Jamaâ El-Fna market, etc. And the food was reasonably priced and very tasty. It’s a true 5star experience with 24X7 room service, which we tried in wee hours of the morning, and they delivered promptly. Would definitely stay here again!

Book online in advance. There are a lot of guards / staff there. Many of the guards think they're little kings and speak at you with looking at you. Perhaps it's a status thing for them to work there? Read about YSL's time at the Marrakech and know that he wanted his ashes buried under the same palms that you walk around - quite touching.

Must be booked in advance online (payment on site not possible). Expensive. One -way system with guards everywhere and people posing for instagram pics. We preferred the Jardin Secret and the Musée des Confluences. Less expensive and more relaxed.

If you LOVE the electricity of Marakesh, skip the gardens.
If you LOVE the electricity of Marakesh, skip the gardens. If you need a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is an escape and it is very well suited for instagram photos. The contrast between the blue and yellow is beautiful. I was miserable and could not stand being in a Malibu backyard when I was so close to the fantastic energy of the old city.

Simply stunning. I would definitely follow the recommendations to book as early as possible in the morning to take full advantage of its beauty without crowds. Please dont consider turning up without an online booking.

A bit overrated and over priced, even when booking a time slot, still long queues and lots of security guards watching your every step, not very relaxing. Go to the Secret Garden instead - peaceful and calm and a lot closer to town - easy to walk, no booking needed.
The hotel room is very spacious and gives a vibe of a luxury place. The place has a kitchenette and I appreciated an option of making tea and cooking.
The location of the hotel is superb - there is a lot of shops around, including a big shopping mall, but also Jardin Majorelle gardens, which is the top attraction in Marrakesh.
For breakfast, you can choose from a menu with multiple breakfast options in the near-by restaurant.
Very nice apartment in a good location. Walking distance to Majorelle Gardens and to north part of Medina and 10 minutes to Jemaa el Fnaa plaza with taxi. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around, even a mall with Carrefour. The apartment is confy, having everything you need for a good stay.
Great location. Just 30 minutes walk in a pleasant area to Koutoubia. Majorelle Gardens in the same neighbourhood. Excellent host. Spacious appartment. Amazing food in the fish restorant near by.
This was our Morocco family trip, and this was a first stay before Essaouira, Rabat and Tangier. The host was so helpful and caring in navigating us around the orientation within the city, e.g. suggesting transport to our next destination with all the details of it. Thanks Youseff!
