The staff are very helpful and friendly and accommodating. Stay in the hotel for several days and I honestly don't have a complaint! The room was clean and very well equipped, calm, the cleaning staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs, and the reception staff were attentive and friendly, and I can't even begin to describe how good the restaurant was and how nice and lovely the staff there were. Will definitely return.

Great rooms, comfortable beds and everything you would like in one location. Housekeeping is excellent, we had a lovely lady look after us for our stay, who made sure we had what we needed when we requested days of no cleaning. Directly across the road from a bus and train station, car transport easily arranged too . Walking distance of Media. Breakfast was excellent. Their restaurant next door has talented live entertainment every night and again staff are excellent.

Our room was stunning with a large lounge area and a huge outdoor terrace as we had booked a mini suite. Lovely big bathroom with a bath and a walk in shower room. The rooftop pool was fabulous. The Indian restaurant was amazing - excellent authentic Indian food and you can eat by the pool. Staff were all so lovely and helpful and they all spoke several languages. Also really central for visits to the medina - no need for taxis at all and there were several rooftop restaurants to visit a short walking distance away.

Book online in advance. There are a lot of guards / staff there. Many of the guards think they're little kings and speak at you with looking at you. Perhaps it's a status thing for them to work there? Read about YSL's time at the Marrakech and know that he wanted his ashes buried under the same palms that you walk around - quite touching.

Must be booked in advance online (payment on site not possible). Expensive. One -way system with guards everywhere and people posing for instagram pics. We preferred the Jardin Secret and the Musée des Confluences. Less expensive and more relaxed.

If you LOVE the electricity of Marakesh, skip the gardens.
If you LOVE the electricity of Marakesh, skip the gardens. If you need a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is an escape and it is very well suited for instagram photos. The contrast between the blue and yellow is beautiful. I was miserable and could not stand being in a Malibu backyard when I was so close to the fantastic energy of the old city.

Simply stunning. I would definitely follow the recommendations to book as early as possible in the morning to take full advantage of its beauty without crowds. Please dont consider turning up without an online booking.

A bit overrated and over priced, even when booking a time slot, still long queues and lots of security guards watching your every step, not very relaxing. Go to the Secret Garden instead - peaceful and calm and a lot closer to town - easy to walk, no booking needed.
The flat was in a good location for the majorelle gardens ,which was mainly while we choose to stay here. It had all well equipped kitchen ,so you could easily cook. The flat was clean and tidy. There was parking underneath the building and 24hr concierge.
Friendly staff and very helpful. Located in a very strategic part of town especially if you plan to visit the Majorelle Gardens. The Riad is very pretty.
Nice Riad, location in the Medina but still quite a walk from the Place Jeema el fna. Majorelle Gardens is close. Nice but lacks the eye for the detail
