We had a fantastic stay at Apart Hotel Colibri. Thanks to Mr. Alex who made our stay very convenient and comfortable. The hotel is situated in a residential area, quite safe for families and very close to important tourist attractions.

The rooms were very spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed. Having washing machines was very helpful. The personal was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was pretty good.

It was very clean, modern and nicely decorated. The restaurant was very clean and relaxing. The staff were super helpful, particularly both receptionists Yeldos and Aruzhan and the cleaner, Laila. Yeldos gave me lots of advice and help with my daily trips and excursions and answered lots of my questions.

It’s a homey kind of vibe and it’s near the city center. A walking distance away from Ascension cathedral, green bazaar and few steps away from Almaty central mosque. Very accessible to tourist places by walk or by car. Also, the owner is very helpful and property is clean.
Walking distance to grocery stores, with many options for dining and sightseeing nearby. Ascension Cathedral is a 15-20 minute walk away, and Almaty Gallery is 10-15 minutes away on foot. I traveled with my friend for a holiday. The place is very unique and easy to find. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Konstantin met us at the apartment upon check-in and provided us with useful tips and information about the city, which was very helpful. I will definitely book their place again on my next visit.
The staff were very polite and always went out of their way to assist us. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was very good and with sufficient variation. House keeping staff did a fabulous job of cleaning the rooms.

The location is great because it is close to the Park of the 28 Panfilov Guardsmen and the Ascension Cathedral. Other than that, food is easy to get around the street near by.
