We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and everything was beyond our expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to help in any situation. Whether it was preparing an early breakfast for us or arranging a taxi, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience. The facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. We genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where guest satisfaction is a priority. Very beautifully and tastefully done rooms...fireplace in higher end rooms....location a little away fm city centre and difficult to locate property initially...possitive host deapite language barriers ..however a little stiff ...minor confusion in settling the mini bar by the property which was incorrect

Great hotel with friendly staff, good food in restaurant and they even brought up our breakfast on a trolley as we had an early departure the next day. We had a huge apartment with kitchen area, two tvs and lots of windows.

Location of the property was excellent, nearby to many famous places like Ascension cathedral, arbat street , central mosque, Central Park, green bazar all within 1 km radius .specially to mention the snow capped mountain view from the window .
Great location near supermarkets, Green Bazar, Ascension Cathedral, Arasan baths, Zhibek Zholy metro is about 10min walk away. The staff helped me with an injury and were very kind. Capsule bed was comfortable. Kitchen was serviceable (each bed given its own plastic container for the fridge), and there was plenty of hot water and free tea and coffee.
Centrally located. If you prefer walking it's also walkable to the Green Bazaar and the Ascension Cathedral. It's a hotel type of service where your room is clean on a daily basis. Bfast is also good, not much of a variety but good enough.

The hotel itself is situated in the heart of the city. Professional and helpful staffs. Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Restaurants are just around the corner, extremely convenient. Ascension cathedral is just few minutes walk away. 10 mins walk to Green Bazaar. Breakfast was good as well. Free on site parking.
My main reason for choosing this hotel is due to its strategic location. It’s within walking distance to Ascension Cathedral and Agosto Cafe, Yubileynyy supermarket (open 24 hrs), cafes and restaurants. Walkways are pedestrian friendly. Hotel pickup/drop off is located behind the hotel away from main roads, which is rather convenient for guests.
The whole apartment is huge, the kitchen is well equipped, and there's a lot of places to eat at nearby. If you like walking, the Ascension Cathedral, Panfilov Park and Green Market are all within 20-30 mins.
Best part about the apartment for me is that the toilet have a handheld bidet. 😆
My first time experience of stay at hostel. The hostel is right in the centre of city near to many attractions: The Memorial of Glory.Park of 28 Panfilov Guardsmen, Ascension Cathedral and Ykhlas Museum of Folk Musical Instruments are just 300 meters away. It is about 900 meters from metro station. They have good kitchen area with all necessary appliances and utensils. There is a convenience store just outside the hostel and money exchange is about 200 meters distance. The hostel wifi is very powerful.
