It is a dream property. The staff is very good, they provided the best view room with big terrace. Very beautiful view and enjoyed the patio in the snow fall. Will definitely recommend this and will surely visit next time.

Very well located close to the metro and walking areas (Arbat street, Green Market, Ascension cathedral). Decent views from all the rooms. Money exchange across the street, grocery store right below.
I would say, everything , the entire apartment is very good in totality , location wise, it is walkable distance from Arbat street, Ascension Cathedral, Super market stores beneath the apartment, After a tiring day exploring Almaty, you can get a Spa treatment in front of the apartment, Last but no the least , the super cool host Konstanin, he helped in every possible ways
The location is very good, not far from the bus station, and you can walk to the Ascension Cathedral in more than ten minutes.There are power sockets in the room, and each bed has a locked cabinet.
Location of the property was excellent, nearby to many famous places like Ascension cathedral, arbat street , central mosque, Central Park, green bazar all within 1 km radius .specially to mention the snow capped mountain view from the window .
Great location near supermarkets, Green Bazar, Ascension Cathedral, Arasan baths, Zhibek Zholy metro is about 10min walk away. The staff helped me with an injury and were very kind. Capsule bed was comfortable. Kitchen was serviceable (each bed given its own plastic container for the fridge), and there was plenty of hot water and free tea and coffee.
Centrally located. If you prefer walking it's also walkable to the Green Bazaar and the Ascension Cathedral. It's a hotel type of service where your room is clean on a daily basis. Bfast is also good, not much of a variety but good enough.
The hotel itself is situated in the heart of the city. Professional and helpful staffs. Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Restaurants are just around the corner, extremely convenient. Ascension cathedral is just few minutes walk away. 10 mins walk to Green Bazaar. Breakfast was good as well. Free on site parking.
My main reason for choosing this hotel is due to its strategic location. It’s within walking distance to Ascension Cathedral and Agosto Cafe, Yubileynyy supermarket (open 24 hrs), cafes and restaurants. Walkways are pedestrian friendly. Hotel pickup/drop off is located behind the hotel away from main roads, which is rather convenient for guests.
The whole apartment is huge, the kitchen is well equipped, and there's a lot of places to eat at nearby. If you like walking, the Ascension Cathedral, Panfilov Park and Green Market are all within 20-30 mins.
Best part about the apartment for me is that the toilet have a handheld bidet. 😆
