Calm and clean private bungalows in the very heart of bustling Phnom Phen. The pool was refreshing especially after a long walk around the city. The restaurant's menu had a lot of options for vegetarians. All you can eat breakfast was delicious. Staff was helpful in organizing trips and giving recommendations.

The service at iRoHa Hotel is exceptional! We travel full time and this was the best service we’ve received in any hotel that we’ve ever stayed at! Each staff member went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They seemed to proactively anticipate our needs and wants and then did everything they could to exceed them. This is the hotel that we will judge all others by from now on. Breakfast was offered to us at any time we wanted it and every day it was delicious! Our room was extremely comfortable and big and was kept spotlessly clean by the cleaning crew. Wi-Fi was fast and very reliable. The owner of the hotel greeted us upon arrival and always took time to speak with us throughout our stay to ensure we were happy and comfortable. The pool is amazing! We really really could go on and on about how wonderful this hotel is. This will always be the place we stay whenever we are in Phnom Penh.

Everything! We stayed in a private pool room and it was stunning! The staff were amazing and so welcoming. The property is a lush oasis in a busy city. The location is perfect. So close to the Royal Palace and half way between the Russian Market and the Central Market. Only a street away from a big park. The historic villas are full of art and the lush setting make for the perfect place to stay. Oh, and the restaurant is brilliant too.
The location is perfect. Virtually next to the Royal Palace. Halfway between the Central Market and the Russian Market. Close to Super Duper, the supermarket with lots of western options if you need them. Opposite a big park. Rooftop pool is compact but brilliant with views of the Mekong River. The staff were superb and we were welcomed so warmly and made to feel very comfortable instantly. A lovely boutique hotel.

This boutique hotel was located near the Russian Market in the heart of the city. The rooms were small but comfortable. The staff was exceptional, very kind and helpful. There was even a gentleman outside the building to help with traffic and help you navigate ordering a TukTuk. The rooms were cleaned daily and the facility was very clean.
Its a beautiful corner apartment on the 19th floor with a balcony and floor to ceiling windows on two sides in a great part of town - midway between the Russian market and an Aeon Mall. The staff and security are very friendly and the wifi is good, too. I greatly appreciated the dental kit by the bathroom sink, since I had somehow lost my toothpaste and having a washing machine ensuite was amazing! Having a full size refrigerator, an electric kettle, and most especially potable water coming out of the faucets was also great!
Wonderful vegan food and a chilled vibe. Great to eat in the aircon downstairs area or the rooftop part. Room was comfortable. A great location just near the Russian Market. Super friendly and helpful staff. We had a fantastic stay, 5 of us, family meeting up and flying in from 3 different countries. A perfect place to start our Cambodian travels.
The room and the linen are clean and nice smell. The location is near to the tourist area such as Toul Sleng prison, Russian Market, and not far from riverside and independent monuments. You can enjoy their restaurant with many tasty foods and very good price that no need to walk out for food during this hot season. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to everyone.
The location is central, near Orussey market, so we can walk to the market. (This market is even bigger than the Phnom Penh night market). To go to night market or Russian market, it took about 5 mins by tuktuk.

The facility looked like an apartment complex in Hong Kong movie last century. Rooms were even equipped with a CRT television. The arrangement of rooms is like a maze - a surprising experience.
