Perfect, awesome little place. Like a mini-apartment with a kitchenette and a private bathroom. Comfortable and perfectly clean, Good Wifi, near the Russian market, everything you would need and more is nearby. They were also quick to reply to messages and were flexible on letting me check out slightly late. Thanks! Will come back!
The place is nice, quite unique arquitecture, with a beautiful welcome from the family.

Very friendly and helpful owners, they gave us lots of useful information. We had only cold water in our bathroom at the time, but it was fine in the hot weather. A/C in the room very good Very near the Russian market where you get everything and nice cheap restaurant with local cuisine nearby (No. 72, recommended by the owners). Just be prepared to walk up a few steep flights of stairs to this room, it's at the very top,.but with a nice little private balcony. Safe area to walk around even after dark.
The room and bathroom was acceptable. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
The mini fridge worked, so I was able to chill some local fruits (bought from street stalls) before eating them.
Location was walking distance from all these places - from the river; 126 Restaurant for B & L (great for Breakfast, try their pork bun), 3333 Restaurant II (B, L, D); Pho & Bun Cha Deli (right next door) L & D; Central Market. Took a tuk tuk to Russian market.
Very cozy and clean hotel in the colonial style, really nice cafe as well. Perfect money/value proportion, so I would definately recommend for a 1-2 night stay. Russian market is just nearby for shopping.
The apartment was on the 13th floor with an amazing view.

The bed was comfortable and the building was quiet - though it didn't seem like there were many other people staying there. The location is close to Russian Markets.
Petra was a fantastic host who was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome with some lovely conversation. She even checked up on us when we left to make sure we arrived in Kampot safely.
The included breakfast was very nice and convenient before our activities for the day. Also the accommodation was well located to visit S21, the Russian Market and the Killing Fields.
The room itself was quiet and comfortable.
