Everything was wonderful. The facility was very beautiful and romantic 🥰!! My girlfriend loved it too. The staff was over the top courteous and helpful. The massages were very nice! The restaurants were top notch! Service was amazing 🤩! It was the best hotel value I experienced in 4 different hotels we stayed in all of Japan!!

Top-notch staff, rooms, breakfast buffet, ambiance. We couldn't have been more pleased and would stay again without hesitation. Everything was better than we could have imagined. Staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort and went beyond the call of duty! It was a bit hard to find at first but locals kindly helped us. It was close to the train station, less than 5 minute walk. Superb!

Location is excellent. Walking distance to subway and the three stops to Ginza. Only 1,100 yen taxi cost to Tokyo station. The staff are super nice and can speak very good English. Restaurants and convenient stores (i.e. 7-11) are super close. The room that we had (with a bunk bed and two twin beds) fit my family (4 people) perfectly. The picture of the room matches with what the room truly is. The laundry room that has 5 washers and dryers is super helpful for family traveling in the hot summer.
