My room was beautiful and thoughtfully prepared, I had a lovely view of the mountains and the sunrise in the morning from my balcony with my private bath. Pleasant dinner and breakfast. Front desk staff let us leave our bags at the entrance before check in so we could explore Hakone. Location is great to visit the Venetian Glass Museum and the wheat fields.
