We found the Japanese staff were very helpful and kind, for which were very grateful. The public onsen was beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The public areas had beautiful views. Bathrooms and onsen well stocked with amenities.

It was a spacious apartment as it is the ground floor of an entire house in a nice little neighborhood. Parking was directly in front of the house. The interior felt high quality. It has a good location between the hot springs and Mount Fuji.

Amazing room, it was absolutely massive for a solo traveller, basically a whole apartment to myself. Staff were great, location was fine as there was a bus stop right outside. 7/11 across the street, close to the venetian glass museum which is a must!
