The hotel and staff were extremely accommodating. The hotel was filled with quality furnishings, and is very quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable, and blackout blinds so efficient we willingly slept in past 10am everyday to rest our tired legs. This is our third trip to Japan. Minato was a decent base to explore some less touristy areas while revisiting some favorites.

My second time staying at Muji this year and it really is in the perfect location right in the heart of Ginza, close to shopping and restaurants. Rooms are beautifully and simply designed, with the Muji aesthetic. Breakfast is delicious and offers a lot of variety!

Wonderful boutique hotel with the lobby set on the 18th floor. Great room, excellent views of the Tokyo skyline, and lots of small touches that enhanced our stay. The daily breakfast (not complimentary with our stay) was a stellar mix of Easter and west. Just outside the Ginza district, the hotel is in a bit quieter area but centrally located as a launch point for exploring the vast city.

Overall the stay was fantastic, even though the location was a bit far away from city centre. The room was exceptionally clean and had a beautiful city view. One of the staff was a native speaker of Korean. I strongly recommend visiting Toyosu market and trying out a sushi restaurant "Sushi Dai", which is within walking distance the hotel.
Clean hotel. We picked this spot because it was closer to Toyosu Market than other options.
Hotel room was tiny, would not recommend for more than 1 night.
