The airline lost our luggage....from the US, no less. They were very attentive and told us when our luggage arrived. However, there were toiletries and sleepwear provided. The location of the hotel made it easy to walk, about 2 to 3 miles, to Team Lab Planet.

Conrad Tokyo, hotel in Tokyo

Located in the heart of Tokyo, just a few steps away from Ginza, the world-famous shopping and entertainment district.

I have never written a review in my life, but this hotel was soooo incredible, i had to!! My stay at Conrad Tokyo was fantastic! The hotel is modern and absolutely stunning, with sleek interiors and beautiful city views. We stayed in a King Room with a Bay View, which was spacious and offered an incredible view of Tokyo Bay that was amazing to wake up to every morning! The breakfast open buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The food quality was top-notch, and so many options! What truly stood out was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and went out of their way to ensure we were happy. A special shout-out to Peter Mizutani , who took exceptional care of us! Finally, the hotels location was perfect! We were a 8 min walk to Ginza, a fancy area in tokyo. Right under the hotel was an entrance to the subway, which can take you to farther locations. I couldnt recommend this hotel enough!!!

It looks like great fun, with indoor roller-coasters,...

It looks like great fun, with indoor roller-coasters, interesting rides, mysteries to solve, escape rooms, etc. But... the rides often have games within the ride, and the instructions for everything, other than the restrictions to enter, are only in Japanese. For example, there is an airplane ride, which looks like a cross between an Indiana Jones style carnival ride and a video game where -- as best I could tell from the displays outside -- you score points by buzzing the residents of the area you are flying over, but if you don't speak Japanese, you'll have no idea what the ride is telling you or how to play the game within the ride. So if you are a student learning Japanese, have fun, otherwise the roller coasters are still fun, but you're not going to get the full enjoyment by doing the challenges while on the ride.
