Out of the 3 hotels I stayed at in Tokyo, this was my favorite (my others were Daiwa Roynet in shinjuku and JAL in toyosu). Incredible views from the top floor lobby/bar/restaurant, and if you get a queen room, I believe you'll have the same view, just not as wide. Similar in quality to JAL but more stylish, and has a whole basement food court, nice to have if you want to just grab something quick without having to go anywhere. More accessible than JAL because the subway stations are very close, if not connected to the building via the basement. Also has laundry machines on each floor. Service is typically excellent. Random thing I really enjoyed here was the elevator "music" - don't know what it was but it was very atmospheric and calming. While it's away from the main city areas, I enjoyed staying in Toyosu because it's one quick bus/subway ride into Ginza, quieter which I prefer at night, and near the fish market (ate sushi for breakfast 4 times).

Property is like new and very clean. The rooms are bigger than most hotels we’ve stayed in, in Japan. The rooms are very functional and smartly designed with toilet separate from bath area. Lighting is excellent. Laundry facilities are available. Breakfast included was really good on 2nd floor. Staff is friendly and accommodating especially Motohashi at breakfast and Machida at front desk.

My partner and I stayed here for one night just to check out what it would be like to stay on a houseboat. I wish we had been able to stay much longer. This is the closest I’ve felt to being in a house while getting all the advantages of a hotel. It’s very roomy: there is tons of storage space and two large closets, a lovely bed that struck the right balance between firm and soft, a fun comfy couch, a table where we enjoyed our breakfast service while gazing out the floor to ceiling windows onto the canals and neighboring islands, a beautiful shower, and a toilet who’s seat automatically lifts when you enter the water closet. The staff was very attentive, communicating with me several times before I even arrived about things to consider. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but very easy to access by subway and a walk of a few blocks. The neighborhood feels thoughtful new suburban. These houseboats certainly add charm and character.
