Excellent location and extremely kind and helpful staff. I slept great and the room was perfect! Also the onsen was amazing!! Good size and temperature and I looked forward to it all day after exploring Nikko. Cozy vibes
1. Location - opposite JR, and close to tobu nikko station, easy to enjoy the bus as first stop which was easy to get a seat
2. Staffs are all nice

The hotel facilities were very nice. The front desk staff only spoke Japanese but we managed to understand one another. The massage chairs were amazing. The buffet - holy cow the amount of food. Our room was large and clean. We enjoyed the bath services inside the room and outside. There is a free shuttle. It is closer to the Tobu Nikko Station. We didn't' realize and took a taxi the day we arrived.
This apartment was awesome! We had a great stay. The room was clean and in a great location. The location is excellent only short walk to the Shinkyo Bridge. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We loved the futon and good sleeping here. The owner so kind to pick up us at Tobu Nikko station and also bring us back to station in the last day in Nikko.Everything about this apartment is superb value.
Walking distance from Tobu Nikko Station and Nikko World heritage site. Good facility with coin lanndry machine and a microwave. Nice tiny little onsen. Resonable price for breakfast.
This “hotel” (honestly, it should be classified as a motel) was fairly close to both the JR Nikko and the Tobu Nikko stations, which was the only positive aspect of my 3-nights-cut-short-to-2 (because this place was so terribly uncomfortable) stay.
