The staff is super accommodating. They not only helped us with shipping our luggage to the following location but also when we couldn't find our passports after checkout. The staff also tried their best to help us find our passports and found a temporary solution so we could still check in at the next hotel.

Affordable hotel in beautiful Nikko located very conveniently near train station. We appreciated coin lockers in front of the entrance for luggages, even after our check-out. There is also a communal hot spring/sento for use, so you can freely enjoy morning or evening bath. Breakfasts were tasty.

Staff were very friendly
Breakfast was very nice and great Dinner options also.
Room was comfy with a nice size onsen and shower on
the balcony.
Lovely old Isuzu car as you walk into the building.
First, hotel location was great because it's very close to tobu nikko station, so it's easy to go anywhere.
Second, we surprised that we got breakfast! And it was delish as well
Third, overall the room was good for the price
The facility is really next to the Tobu Nikko station, so the locality is very good. Also, there is a supermarket just a few minutes from the accommodation.
The beds were quite comfortable. There was a kettle pot, a microwave, a fridge, a hairdryer, a locker for your valuables.
Older hotel managed by friendly elderly couple. Room was spacious, bigger than average hotel in Japan, with beautiful well maintained tatami floors. Separate toilet from bathroom. No breakfast is provided on site, but it is easy to find eateries around the area, as the hotel is located directly across from Tobu Nikko Station. Highly recommended
Hotel is just opposite the Nikko station, which is very convenient if you are visiting Utsunomiya or come from Utsunomiya. You can take the buses from this station too. It is about 3mins walk from Tobu Nikko station if you are taking a limited express train from Asakusa.
Great location close to Tobu Nikko station by foot nice communal space with big kitchen, nice shared bathrooms and lovely Japanese room with tatamis and futon beds! The host is very kind and welcoming with great recommendations
The hotel is in a beautiful spot in the woods and is in reasonable walking distance from the Tobu Nikkō station. The space is old and a bit worn but charming and the staff is great. It's a hotel with a feeling of a hostel for older people as there is a lounge for watching TV where you can meet and chat with other visitors, and tables where they serve breakfast and dinner. The french toast is always delicious. This is our second visit and we will always stay there whenever we go back to Nikkō.
