The room was larger than typical Japanese hotel accommodations. The shower has strong water pressure, which is very satisfying in the winter.

The bed was firm, the linen was cozy and the pillows were exactly the firmness that I prefer. The room was clean and had everything I need for my 3 night stay in Tokyo. I love that the bidet was automatic and had a heated seat. The location was walking distance to two different metro lines, but if you are unable to do a lot of walking then this may not be the location for you. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Everything about this hotel was top tier. From the moment you walk into the main lobby you are being attended to immediately and the service itself was fantastic. The facilities, toiletries, accomodation and restaurants all exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend staying here if you ever get a chance to and as a solo traveller it was an overwhelming and exciting encounter. It was my first time experiencing opulence and The Okura nailed it.

The rooms were lovely (though classically small as most japanese hotel rooms). Lots of lighting options
