We loved the location! There are three convenience stores within 1 minute walk, train station is within 3 minutes walk and there are grocery stores, shopping malls within 5 minute walk.... forget going to shibuya if u want to shop at Donki, just go to the Kinsincho branch and they pretty much have all that you would shop for without the crowds and the long waiting lines.... would stay here again...

A 2 minute walk from Kinshicho Station with plenty of restaurants and bus/train connections. The room was huge and had complimentary water located throughout the room; I counted 7 bottles! Free wine. Continental breakfast was included and was punctual to the time I selected. The staff was incredibly friendly and always greeted me no matter where I ran into them. The best hotel experience I've had in Japan.
I also really like the ambiance that they've set. I don't like bright lights so the dimmer setting in the hallways was perfect for me. I will definitely be staying here again.

The staff was really accommodating and friendly. Though I only put our reservation for 2 people instead of 5 they understand that they were kids. The breakfast selection was incredible too. We love the food and the location was perfect!
