The hotel is stunning, both in architecture and design. It's not the typical hotel you usually see in Tokyo. It has history, charm and elegance. The service is impeccable. The staff even went an extra mile to make our stay memorable by doing something special for our 30th wedding anniversary. They were very accommodating and helpful in every way.
