Unbeatable location - walkable to key sights like Sannenzaka & Ninenzaka Streets, Kiyomizu-dera temple and also the more commercial areas of Kyoto. Super easy to take the bus from Kyoto Station to the hotel - it's less than a two minute walk from the bus top. Room was fantastic and super spacious - we felt like we had plenty of space for three adults. We appreciated the small touches like the amenity bar, complimentary coffee in the lobby and free laundry (only two machines, often in use but we were able to do laundry twice without an issue). Definitely recommend and will stay here again!

We stayed in the Nogha Suite on the top floor which was HUGE. It was such a welcome change after staying in a Tokyo small city room. The room was modern, yet seemed traditional at same time. We paid extra for included breakfast which was wonderful (lots of food options and beautifully presented). Gym was nice and clean. Public transportation is an easy walk away. We also walked to get to sites (Kiyomizo Temple, Yasaka Shrine, Nishiki Market, Gion geisha district). Lobby bakery was a great place to pick up food to snack on when on the go. Roof-top bar had amazing cocktails, comfortable lounge area and a wonderful night view of lit up Kiyomizo Temple. A few shops and 7-11 located within a few steps away. Would definitely stay here again!
