Hotel staff were exceptional, nothing was ever any trouble. They even allowed us to check in early with no extra cost.
The rooms were very clean and a great size. And no noise from other rooms and very little from outside.
And we loved the lounge, for a quick coffee before heading out, an ice cream or donut on return and a pre-dinner drink. It’s a lovely idea, you get to chat with other guests and share tips. And it’s all complimentary.
I recommend this hotel and it would be my choice again when I’m next in Tokyo.

The location is perfect, with easy access to both JR and metro stations, making travel around the city a breeze. The location is excellent as near the Shinagawa station but the entrance of check in is a bit confused because it is a large complex.
The utilities in the bathroom is not much as there are only 2 toothbrush...as 2-3 start hotels.
The staff are very friendly with excellent English. There is a convenient bus that goes between the Prince hotels. The location is great and only a short walk from shinagawa Station but you can get the free bus from the grand prince opposite Shinagawa if you have luggage. The garden is beautiful and the 7 11 on the ground floor makes snacks and drinks and cosmetics really helpful.

Shinagawa station is literally a cross the street which is why I booked it as our last hotel as we were coming from osaka on bullet train and travelling back home through haneda airport.

The location near Shinagawa station is really an advantage - it is one of the major hubs for this part of Tokyo. Breakfasts are one of the bests I've ever tried, although heavily overpriced. 7-11 is located right on the first floor, quite convenient.
This hotel is just a short walk from Shinagawa station which was super helpful for us. Our favourite thing was the Japanese garden and older style of the hotel. Its grand entrance and art works were lovely. The rooms were a generous size compared to other stays we had in Japan and they were very clean. We loved the conveniences of having Tullys coffee and 7 eleven in the hotel too.
Convenient location - a short walk away from Shinagawa Station. Comfy bed and varied Japanese-style breakfast, polite personnel. There is also a blue bus transfer to the station for the hotel guests. Toyoko Inn is a decemt hotel chain found all over the country and I truly recommend it.
The best part of 9h nine hours Shinagawa is the location. Its right next to shinagawa station so its especially optimal for your last days in tokyo before departing from Haneda Airport. The second best part is the shower/locker area. Its super clean, the showers are big and everything is modern. You have your own locker where you can put all your staff so its safe and you get all personal hotel ameneties that you need (like toothbrush). The check in is 100% easy and digital and you can do it in english.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful, and were mostly able to speak English. Room was of a good size and comfortable. Very affordable, especially considering I booked the day-of. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was stylish enough. Literally right across from Shinagawa Station.
Location is good and just outside the Shinagawa station. Unfortunately many items like using swimming pool was paid which is not correct for a 4 star hotel.
