We loved the location right in the heart of shinjuku.
We thought the staff was very attentive and the rooms were very nice and modern.
And the buffet breakfast was delicious! Our family really enjoyed the leisurely start to our days having our coffee and yummy food while looking out over the city.
Also had a cocktail on one of the upper floors in a beautiful bar with panoramic views. And a delicious drink, I might add.

I loved this hotel. First of all the room was so clean, relatively spacious and literally had every amenity you could need. Location was great. 15 minute walk to Harajuku and closer to the metro than it seems. Two stops from Shibuya. The wifi worked great. Staff were kind and helpful. The onsen was amazing.

Choose a room with club access - check-in much more convenient and exclusive, breakfast and happy hour available at club lounge (good ones) and overall just fabulous service.
