Friendly and very helpful staff. We had a triple room with 3 twin beds. Nice modern decor. Room layout and bathroom were great. Spa was nice. Location was convenient - very close to the Sapporo Station, shopping, and restaurants.

Kind and helpful staff who went the extra mile to make my visit easier. I loved the kitchenette and proximity to the grocery store so I could save money on meals and get proper nutrition for my special diet. They have the guest's comfort in mind and have the guest experience very thoughtfully planned out. The room was clean and quiet. I was not bothered by cigarette smoke smells or noise.

Walking distance to Odori Park/Sapporo TV Tower/Susukino etc. Love the washer/dryer in the room. Coffee is only available at L1 though. Helpful and welcoming staff at front desk.
We had four nights in this very lovely and spacious hotel across from the Sapporo TV Tower. It sits right on top of the train station and is very central. The hotel room and bathroom (with a bathtub) were both very spacious and the hotel provided many different personal products if needed. The room had a separate lounge and office area. Easy check-in and check-out on machine, with assistance from staff if required. There is a restaurant and a bar.
The location is super strategies! Near bus stop & konbini. Susukino station for densha & streetcar is just about 500m away.
Facilities is complete. Extra amenities & pajamas are available.
There is microwave at 6 floor to re-heat food.
We can see Sapporo TV Tower through our window.

You are within walking distance from the sapporo tv tower and the fish market.
My suggestion is to begin your day by bathing in the onsen like bath facilities, followed by breakfast at the fish market. A perfect combination.
Bed leans towards the hard side but this is the standard across japan, not a peculiar thing about this hotel.
We stayed in double bed connecting room for 4 of us. The room fit well to our expectations. We love the Location- very convenient, close to many shopping center I.e. Tanukikoji shopping street, Pole town underground shopping and connect to department store, walking distance to tourist spots i.e Odori park, Sapporo TV tower, Sapporo clock tower, 1 minute walk to Bus stop to Airport
Nicely located within walking distance to both subway and JR train, as well as many nice restaurants. Yet it is not as crowded as the busiest districts. The room was comfortable, bright, with good temperature control and a good mattress. Has a good view of the Sapporo TV tower.
