Absolutely everything. Hotel itself is beautifully furnished. All staff were so helpful and attentive especially assisting manager Anthony who always made time for guests and helped in any way he could to make sure everything was as it should be. We will definitely be returning to hotel Sosei.

There were no restaurant facilities. It gives the impression dining facilities are on offer. You mentioned how was breakfast, As far as I am aware no facilities were provided. When I stay in a hotel and like to have somewhere comfy to come back to in the evening and have dinner and maybe bar facilities - none of this. While I enjoyed the room the rest was disappointing.
When you walk in reception door the carpet is torn which was not very comforting. We arrived about 9.30am and were not allowed to get into our room till 4pm. Now that is a long day in the snow and not knowing where to go. We had to change into our warmer show gear at RECEPTION, so that was not a good start.

Perfect location, good hot bath, free welcome drinks and snacks, great area to eat your store bought food, close to a gazillion shops for food, souvenirs, clothes. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Short walk to metro. I would definitely comr back. Very close to Sapporo TV tower and Klook pick up.
The turntable in the room was definitely a unique point. Instead of TVs, guests could wind down with the turntable. There’s a vinyl record library at the lobby for guests to choose from. The hotel also has a rooftop bar with unblocked views of the Sapporo TV tower. Rooms were comfortable.
The hotel is located in a prime location, which is only a few minutes' walk to Sapporo TV Tower and other shopping outlets. Opposite the hotel is the Ferris Wheel, which is really a treat to us. There is a pick-up/drop off lane in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for taxis to pick us. I also love the self-served laundry facilities provided, so our stay was pleasant and clean.
The room is clean and hotel offers exchange of towels for multi-days stay. Located near to train station and walkable to attractions like Sapporo TV tower and shopping streets. Staff are helpful and friendly. Healthy and delicious breakfast spread.
The check-in process was fairly quick and fuss-free. The staff at the hotel reception were welcoming and helpful. We had some luggage sent over via takkyubin and they managed it efficiently. They were also very helpful when we asked about the airport limousine bus.
Hotel breakfast was not bad in terms of taste.
There are bus-stops and Sapporo TV tower/Odori Park within a few mins' walk, or you can walk to Sapporo station if you're willing to walk a bit more. The area is fairly quiet and felt safe.
The hotel's location is excellent. Rjiht at Odori Park. Walking distance to many attractions like Sapporo TV Tower, Old Hokkaido Govt Office, Sapporo clock Tower.. The rooms are relatively large.
Super friendly staff, probably the best out of my month staying in Japan in different properties! Room was very large compared to the standard here and location very convenient, only a few minutes to the nearest train station (Susukino) and about a 10 min walk from Odori park and Sapporo TV tower.
Love the luxury zen feel of the hotel. Everything was impeccable and the rooms were so comfortable. My favourite naturally was the onsen with it's bamboo materials and lovely pools. It's within walking distance to Hokkaido University Botanical Gardens, Odori Park and the Sapporo TV Tower...Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!
The hotel is near Tanukikoji street and Sapporo TV tower so is very convenient to go to these locations if you are intending to visit them. The hotel is very clean and a lot bigger than most Japan hotel rooms. The amenities need to be collected at hotel lobby if you need extra. One thing to note is that it takes around 10 minutes to walk to Odori station and it will be a challenge to lug your luggage along the way, especially when there is heavy snowfall.
