The hotel was very clean and the building had a lot of nice details that made it stand out. The breakfast buffet was great and had an excellent blend of traditional Japanese and western breakfast food. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Room is big compare to other hotel in Japan. I love the shower. No water leak to outside at all. There is bathtub and shower. The shower is very big.
Bedroom is almost same size as bathroom.

Advanced check-in was available through their website, and it was easy to use their kiosk to receive my key. Amenities were available to pick & choose in the lobby. The room was large enough for 1-2 people, clean, and comfortable. Oddly specific, but I really liked the hairdryer as it was stronger than most I’ve used in other hotels. The shuttle pick up to and from Osaka station as well as the ability to leave your luggage post-checkout were probably the most valuable perks.

Great location, right next to Shin-Osaka Station. The hotel is tiny but has all the essential services, including quite a rich breakfast for every taste. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The station has a lot of restaurants if you don't want to go far away for lunch or dinner.
Great location in the busy nightlife district of Osaka. The JR Osaka station is nearby, it's a walkable distance. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs and a lot of eateries, and a market is also very near. Also bars and hostess bars if that's your thing.
The room was nice, proper size and very clean. Even though the outside world was busy, the room stayed quiet, thanks to good soundproofing.

A go-to budget-friently option if you are looking for a room with decent space, with all essential facilities and great central location (next to Osaka station). For a 3-star hotel in Japan, this is a good one, renovated with good bed for comfortable sleep and air conditioning. The staff was very polite and helpful. Even though it was next to the train trail, the noise isolation was good.
It was very close to Shin Osaka station which is a major hub to go anywhere including the Bullet trains. SO many places to eat and shop in the neighborhoods as well as inside Shin Osaka station itself. The rooms were larger than the standard Japanese hotels and it was nice to have a washer and a small kitchen so if you needed to you could make the basics in terms of meals and such for yourself/group. The internet worked pretty well as well.
The location was convenient for the metro and it was also easy to reach the main Osaka station, the castle and Dotonbori. The place itself was clean, quiet and offered the facilities we needed. We liked the experience of staying in an Osaka-style apartment rather than a generic hotel. Comfortable bed. The host is very responsive and provides exceptionally clear instructions for entry, etc. This was an enjoyable stay and we would use this accommodation again.
Location is excellent, only shortwalk to JR Osaka Station, plenty of restaurants and stores. Around hotel there is 7eleven, lawson, family mart. Room in the corner is big, not like usual hotel in japan. Hotel is clean, and housekeeping did a very good job cleaning the room
