Great place tucked away from the main street in the Kita ward.
Very easy to find and close to all amenities, such as ATM, subway and shops. The room itself would be on the larger scale for Japanese hotel accommodation. Quite modern style rooms with nice finishes to the shower and bathrooms.
The location is also nice and quiet.

The executive lounge was well appointed and had a great view. It doesn’t really have lounge quality food or drinks. The bathrooms are small as are the executive rooms. Book a basic room for best value.

The location was great, close to Shin Osaka station and many restaurant options near the hotel. The staff was also very nice and we could communicate in English with no problem.
I was supposed to check in before 10pm but I arrived late at the hostel. the staff who answered my call was very kind and explained me how to do self check-in.
The place was very clean and quiet. Near from Osaka station and Fukushima station. The space for one dormitory was enough and comfortable.

It is a fantastic hotel within walking distance from Osaka station (main station), great location and with underground access to all the metro lines. So many restaurant options underground. Location is fantastic. Staff are very friendly especially in the restaurant. Breakfast has quite a few options and was probably one of the better included breakfasts we had in 3 weeks in Japan. Beds were comfortable.
Located within walking distance to the Shin Osaka Station Central Gate entrance. Lots of restaurants, combinis, and a 24-hour Tamade supermarket nearby. Rooms may be considered tight in space for some, but we were used to tight rooms in Japan as economy travelers. We spent most of our time outside, so this hotel was comfortable enough for us and quieter than the Namba/Dotonburi area.
Excellent location - 1 minute walk from Osaka station which meant we were connected to everything on the Osaka loop line. Bathroom was spacious for a Japan hotel. Bed comfy. Overall good value for price.
