Excellent value! Very clean and nice facility. Rooms were large. Check-in was very simple and the kiosks had an English option. The hotel is walkable from the airport and the location is quiet.

It was at a different Osaka airport so I had to forfeit my room. Too far from main Osaka. Not happy to not be told and have to pay for 2 rooms!

Super close to Itami Airport and there's a Nakau within walking distance. The staff was super helpful even though I speak minimal Japanese. The hotel is a bit outdated but the bed is comfortable, and it comes with nice amenities such as a fridge, TV, toiletries, and some other stuff. Totally recommend. Decent budget option for those needing a place close to Itami.
