A member of staff helped with the computerised check in. The room was large and clean - good for an airport stop off. A 7/11 was pretty well next door. The hotel was 5 mins walk from the airport, so we managed this with our cases.
We got a taxi to Itami Sky park (and found a bus back) which was a brilliant plane viewing point - but take mossy repellant!

The room was very spacious. Quite surprised to get such a big room. It was more of an apartment. Walking distance from Itami International airport so if you want to catch an early morning flight it is a good choice.
