The stay was good and the price per night was what we liked most. The location found the hotel to be somewhat hidden and the taxi driver was also surprised to know that the hotel was there. The room was clean. I've been to several hotels around the world and the hotel lacked something different. Maybe something to enjoy in the room, a cookie or something similar as a courtesy. Normally in the hotels where I stayed, the minibar has things to eat and drink where what is consumed is charged separately in my minibar there was only a bottle of water. I don't mind paying the extra but I like the convenience of having something there. But the hotel is good and I would go back again when possible. Another thing that pleased and surprised me was that there was no charge at the time of booking with the credit card and the trust of paying by hand. Thank you for your trust. The staff was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was modern with a fancy shower head and even a jacuzzi..Great value for money especially with a breakfast included, which was a positive surprise.

Really convenient! Next to the airport, features a free shuttle to itami airport and hotarugaike station, so don't miss out on that. Room was clean, had everything I needed. Mattress was on the harder side, but that's my preference anyways. So if you're looking for soft fluffy mattresses, this probably isn't for you. But other than that, I was very pleasantly surprised. Included breakfast was Japanese-style, freshly made (I liked it very much!). Check-in was fast with the English machine and staff support. Nothing to complain!
This was the nicest hotel I stayed in, in Japan this trip and was conveniently located near Itami/Osaka airport which is why we booked it. I was thankful the reviews gave me advance notice that it was a "love hotel."
Quiet..yet near senri-chuo station..many food outlets at and around station....Hotel itself has few restaurants. Which is good.
