Great location with an amazing view of Mt. Fuji. There is also shuttle service to and from the Kawaguchiko Station. About 30 minute walk from to or from the station, bunch of stores/restaurants you can check out on your way if you decide to walk. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast and dinner were a delight! We will be coming back here whenever we get a chance to visit again!

The room was very cosy and comfortable. The staff who received us during the check-in immediately made us felt welcomed. 4 sets of pyjamas were nicely presented on the beds which was an additional nice surprise for us. The location was great as we could walk to restaurants and the train station.

All great. 20 mins walk from station. But location of hotel is great.
I booked a double room with mountain view. The room is spacious and The Fujisan view is stunning. Although staffs couldn’t communicate english fluently, they are willing to help and try their best to service customers :) The location is very near Oishi park, you can walk from hotel to there in the morning :)
This one is in opposite to Oishi Park and this is a nice location to stay. I borrowed bicycle and went the full round in northern bank till ropecar station. It was nice and there is a convenience store near by where you can buy eateries and they were very helpful in clarifying whether it had pork, beef or not. The hotel has good privacy curtains and I liked it.
The location was nice in a quiet and tranquil side of Fujikawaguchiko and very close to Oishi Park. The owner was very kind and accommodating answering all our questions.
We were assigned room N1 with an amazing FUJI Mountain View. The room is equipped with one tatami room and one twin room with enough space to place the luggage.
The breakfast is simple, but the soup is very tasty, we even kept it for dinner!
It is within walking distance to Oishi park and Kawaguchiko Music Forest Museum or restaurant!
The shuttle service is needed, and appreciated!
The dinner and breakfast were gorgeous. We couldn't help saying "wow" when we saw the dinner. The staff were professional and helpful. After checking out, we left our luggage there and visited Oishi Park. When we returned, we realized we had almost missed our train back to Tokyo. After informing the staff that we were in a hurry, everyone at the front door helped us move our luggage and load it into the taxi.
The Hotel is located near Oishi Park, which is a great spot for taking pictures of the Mount Fuji.
The room is decent size with a original Japanese style bathroom. They offer you a hot bath (50 minutes) in a private room (1 per day).
We really liked that the Hotel was located in a great spot across from the lake and with a partial view of the Mountain. There is public parking next door and the hotel is within easy walking of distance to Oishi park and a number of shops, restaurants, and the public bus station.
