The front desk team was super helpful. I had a problem with the luggage delivery company (one of my bags was broken during the transfer) and the Mimaru Front Desk team was super helpful and accommodating to help me getting my compensation.

A terrific staff and an amazing room with superior breakfast options. Located on the quieter side of the Sumida-gawa (River), directly across from the sumo wrestling pavilion. The quietness was great for us, but those who are looking to be in the thick of entertainment may have to cross the bridge to hit more shopping and tourist sites. But for couples wanting quietness, despite being over a highway, this is a great place. Incredibly spacious rooms and a staff that is always helpful. We especially enjoyed the gourmet level breakfast wherein you can indulge in special marmalades, juices, and fresh propolis raw honey to accompany the dishes, including a la carte selections from the kitchen. There's a rooftop lounge area, both indoor and outdoor, with space heaters for warmth if needed. Conveniently located near pretty good steak restaurant and the train station. No complaints.

The fragrance throughout the hotel was calming and inviting, all staff were exceptional. Room was spacious for a standard hotel room, and exceptionally clean. The restaurant provided excellent service and food was an excellent quality.
