Location is 10/10, close to everything. New hotel. Breakfast was 10/10, huge variety. Complementary sake tasting and coffees included. Hotel room was OK (smelt a bit of dampness and the bed was just OK). Staff were very kind and attentive, and always helped us with extra requests (like laundry, transport, etc).

It was my first time staying at this hotel, and my initial impression was simply that it looked exactly like the photos on Booking.com. The hotel is beautiful, perfect for those who love taking photos or creating content.
However, it wasn’t just the appearance that impressed me, the staff made the experience even more delightful. The service was excellent, the room was spacious and very clean. The hotel also has a café and evening bar, along with a common area on the 4th floor where you can cook or bake treats. Right next to the hotel, there’s an Aesop store and other branded shops, so you can enjoy a walk down the hotel’s street as well.
If I visit Kyoto again, I’ll definitely stay here once more, I’d love to try staying in a room with tatami mats next time.

This hotel was so nice and very comfortable . The staff were so accommodating and helpful. The 24 hour amenities were a great addition also. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the shower was amazing! The location is about 20 minutes walk from Nishiki market and just a 3 minute walk to the metro station (1 minute walk to 711 yeyy)
The hotel is located just opposite the Nishiki Market on the main street. Convenient location for food and also to anywhere in Kyoto. Facilities are modern with complimentary drinks daily. There are separate public baths for men and women on the 3rd floor and also a laundry area.
The hotel is in fantastic location. Major Kyoto attractions like Gion District, Nishiki Market are walkable distance. It has great aesthetics & rooms are super comfortable. It comes at a price but won't complain. The staff can speak fluent English. The Rooms had great view.

This hotel was so much more beautiful than we were expecting. Just the entry way to the hotel demonstrates how beautiful this hotel is inside. Our room was reasonable size for the 2 of us and was clean. We had fresh towels and bottles delivered daily which was a treat!!

Hotel was lovely, close to supermarket & 7/11. walking distance to Nishiki markets and shops about 10-15 mins flat walk by passing cute streets. Easy to get around.
Mainly, the staff in this hotel was super helpful and spoke very well English. The hotel was nice and clean, rooms small (but that is normal in Japan). Each got 2 pillows. Laundry room and free water and tea. The hotel was approximately 1.5km from the Nishiki market.
