The penthouse was one of the best places that I stayed in. Best view with floor to ceiling windows. Had a great week with my family. My wife loved the place and wanted to spend the whole vacation in it. I don’t blame her!

This is where I’ll stay whenever I’m riding Niseko. It’s too easy. Best price per night I found in area at time. Pod rooms are a place to sleep which is all I need. They feel private enough and the other guests were very respectful when there(occasional snorer) Facilities are clean with lockers and laundry, breakfast good. Thier own buses to and from resorts. A public bus right out front to Niseko or Kutchan. Grocery store right next door to save money on food.
- Reliable shuttle to niseko grand hirafu

- Comfy pods for sleeping
- Great wifi
- Good lounge for working late at night
- Close to supermarket & 24/7 convenient store
Niseko powder chalet was lovely and one of the biggest rooms we stayed in on the island of Hokkaido! We loved how well organized everything was and how much privacy we got among the other guests.
An amazing breakfast in the morning, a direct shutter bus to the ski resort and back, a dryer room for those wet snow gear, a washing machine + dryer, a cozy and quiet room, along with an amazing shower and onsen.
Not to mention a Daiso & Aeon Supermarket that is just beside if you need to stock up on some other things.
If you're visiting Niseko for the ski resorts, I'd think this is the best place to fulfill all your needs for an amazing time! I'd definitely be back here again next year!
one of the most charming pensions in Niseko. Niseko has changed a lot over the years with high end luxury hotels which really don’t belong in this once sleepy snow town. this is a family ran ski lodge with the most care and hospitality offered to guests. i’ve found my accommodation in niseko after visiting niseko for 15 years.
Wow! This place far exceeds my expectation. This is the most affordable hotel I could find in Kutchan/Niseko area in autumn 2021. The decorations are superb in lodge-like way. The staff can speak English and some Thai (lol). All facilities are at its best. Also, AEON MaxValu (closed at23:00) and Lawson are just 1 min away by walking. And Yotei Mt. view from the hotel is superb!
