The owner very nice and greet me even i arrived late to this hotel. Explain everything nicely before pass me the room key. Parking available.
Room quite big and have private bathroom. Complete with toilet towel & amenities. Have window so that you can see outside view that filled with with powder around this hotel (if you come during winter).
Variety of delicious breakfast prepared, just need to inform on nighy before what time you want to eat your breakfast.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, amazing cleaning staff. Great buffet breakfast, though pretty much identical every day. Great location next to Max Value (supermarket) and Daiso. Appreciated the in-room humidifier. Wonderful shuttle to and from the mountain. This is one of the few remaining affordable accommodation options in Niseko. Having first come in 2005, every trip I end up staying further and further out. However, as Niseko has westernised over the years, I much prefer the charm and real Japaneseness of Kutchan.
Location is great in terms of getting to Niseko and Rusutsu (buses run from the bus stop 7 min away from the apartment).
The customer support is great, always replying within 15 min, we were very pleased !
Condo is very new and clean. There are plenty of dishes / pans to prepare food, washing machine, bathroom essentials etc. Very cozy atmosphere.

The location and the staff were absolutely superb. I would absolutely stay there again if I return to Niseko. Very welcoming and warm family who run the place which felt more like a hotel than a hostel. Excellent value for money.

Every morning you will wake up to amazing views of Niseko. Love it. I hope I could stay here longer. It is the best place that I have stayed during my trip to Hokkaido!
As I don’t drive, it can be quite a walk to the nearest convenience store. Great that I enjoy walking among the snowy roads of Hokkaido!
Slope is the best guesthouse in Niseko! It is very clean and convenient. More importantly, House owner is super nice and friendly. At beginning, I planned to stay only 3 nights, but finally I extended the stay to 2 weeks. What’s more, I made friends with other guests here. In a word, I strongly recommend SLOPE. Next time I will choose to stay here too.
Our stay at Sansui Niseko was simply exceptional. From the incredible breakfast, to the ski in and out location, the room with all the amenities, the onsen and even a fantastic spa service. Nothing to complain about!
Tbox hotel is very well situated, close to many ski resorts such as Niseko or Moiwa.

Comparing to other places in Kutchan and Niseko, this place is very good value for money. The pods are big, not a traditional capsule hotel style bunk. The shared bathroom and onsen was clean. There is a lawson next door for snacks.
