We arrived at Nagao Station shortly after 1 pm and walked to the hotel in two minutes. The location was super convenient. We planned to check in the luggage first, walk around the area a bit and come back to get our room at 3 pm. To our surprise, the front desk kindly assigned us a room on the spot. We appreciated that greatly. The room was great and so was the breakfast.

The hotel is connected to Nagano Station so very easy access. The beds are super comfortable and although connected to the station, it is very quiet. Breakfast had a lot of good choices and excellent local apple juice.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. One of them went the extra mile and helped us carry our big and heavy suitcases to our room.
We also had an unfortunate situation and needed a last-minute night stay. The hotel actually upgraded our room. It was such an unexpected and generous gesture. This hotel touched me with their warmth and kindness.
The location is also fantastic. Just a few minutes walk to Nagano station. If you are taking the Willer Express bus, the bus stop is just opposite the hotel.

All you may need, plus a small fridge and a kettle. We had very good night's sleep. Good breakfast, a lot to choose from. A bonus of free lockers for guests in the lobby, to use for luggage without bothering the hotel staff. Overall wonderful value for this price!
I loved everything about this hotel! The location is amazing, it is directly next to the Nagano station so when you need to catch a bus or train, super convenient. There are also restaurants and convenient stores all around the hotel and a Don Quijote for the late night shopping. The staff is super professional, kind and helpful. The room and bathroom are clean. The room is large and comes with everything you need. The bed is very comfy. So everything was perfect.
The hotel is close to Nagano station, about 5 minutes walk. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff very friendly, and the breakfast(Japanese style with some western dishes) simply amazing.
