Kitchen ref and freezer is a good size and they have complete cutleries, plates and pans. They dont provide basic cooking implements like salt, pepper and oil though.
Cleaning staff very efficient and thorough. Trash collected everyday and towels changed everyday. Cleaning of room every 3 days.

The room was pretty big compared to the rest of what we were searching in and to the previous hotel we stayed in. It seems to be designed for families with kids as they have games/amenities reserved for kids. They even have nintendo switch which unfortunately were all out when we checked-in. It is near Asakusa which we consider a hub for shopping and eating. Great amenities with storage options and decent space to open our luggages.
