It’s surrounded by forests and we can see squirrels and birds visit the property. We can also enjoy a private hot spring bath. The meals were superb. Above all, the staff were very kind!

Location, room, food, facility, and staff. I would give 11 star if I can. We love our room number 1110. The view is amazing. The bed is super comfortable.

This is a brand new hotel. Actually cabins or containers that are placed on a parking lot. The room is specious and very clean. Everything was very convenient and comfortable and the parking is just next to the cabin. It was really great

Very nice, especially at this price. Couldn’t believe the free drinks really were free! Great location in a small, quiet town, with excellent nature trails all around and Lake Mashū only a few minutes by car. Breakfast was very good, as well.
Breakfast and dinner was adequate and delicious. The outdoor onsen was lovely ... while the indoor onsen was a little rundown but was good enough for a warm relaxing bath. Area is relatively quiet but it is a good midpoint to visit the beautiful Lake Mashu and Lake Akankoso region.
