The entrance to the hotel gave us the impression of arriving in an enchanted house in the middle of the forest, it was beautiful!
Moreover, we chose a Japanese style room and we slept like babies.
The women's onsen was also perfect: several hot baths, a cold one to give us energy, a sauna and a magnificent outdoor bath which again gave us the feeling of bathing in the middle of the forest.
Breakfast was amazing too. Lots of choice, everything was neat and delicious. We loved the atmosphere and the view on the garden.
And last but not least, the staff was really helpful and lovely from start to finish! :)

A unique and funky property that has been designed extremely well. The room we got had great character and the indoor and outdoor onsen was excellent. Located close to Lake Mashu this offers travellers visiting the AkanMashu National Park region a great place for a few nights stay.
The Guest House was very well organised and clean, a spacious well equipped kitchen/ dining, a good location being close to Lake Mashu which is amazing and the road out to Ashoro. The welcoming staff at reception was very helpful.
