Amazing hotel and location, beautiful terrace and lots of space, great room amenities, with a robot for room service. iPad to control the room and order was very cool. Staff couldn’t do enough for you and made you feel very welcome.

Location, location, and the staff were super friendly. Yugo was super friendly and was very knowledgeable about the area and all the attractions in kyoto. As we were the first guests ever to visit from Fiji 🇫🇯 He made up a flag of our nation and took pictures of us as a memory for the hotel to keep on their wall. Fantastic idea for a boutique hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy as well. The hotel has a rental free corner of things you could borrow in the hotel during your stay.. Such as body products, toiletries, kids' diapers, and bathing lotion to condiments and all cooking sauces and airfryers and rice cookers, etc. Overall, I could not fault this little boutique hotel

This was probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It's modern, aesthetic, combining the new with the traditional, it's well equipped and provide almost anything one can wish for. The spa/bath in the 10th floor is fantastic (I used to be sceptical about going in the hot bath during hot summer, but I'm not anymore), the washing machines and dryers are easy to operate, the room is comfortable and simply nice. The location is very nice, close to the main station in Kyoto, with "conbini" just across the street in front of the hotel.

The room is larger than most accommodations found in Japan and is cozy; More akin to an apartment/hotel. Although not in the central Gion area, it is a quiet area, public transportation is walking distance, and Kyoto station is about 10min by car. The central area is about 20ish min by bus.
We loved the location of the Hotel: 20 min walk from Kyoto Station and right next to the subway stop Gojo.
We liked the breakfast. good variety of food and good selection of traditional Japanese ones. We loved the iced matcha latte (only hotel in which we found it during our stay).
We also appreciated the amenities being at hotel's guests disposal down at the lobby. Same thing goes for umbrellas.

Huge rooms. Amazing facilities, so clean. Beautiful breakfast with such a wide range of food both Japanese and traditional. I could not fault the hotel at all. Free regular shuttle bus to Kyoto station. I especially liked the anti-mist mirror in the bathroom and roof top pool and dining experience
The hotel is located very close to Kyoto Station, a few minutes walk. Very hospitable staff, the public baths on the property are well maintained, they provide tattoo covers for people who have them (since tattoos are forbidden in most public baths in Japan). The rooms are spacious, and they have so many amenities for house guests : free ice cream/Yakult after baths, massage chairs, coffee/tea, laundry (only the dryer is coin operated at 200 yen for 40 minutes, which is a steal).
Great value apartment a short walk from Kyoto Station. Room and hotel were very modern and clean. Good sized apartment as we booked a larger sized King Superior and a Twin Room. Recommend the larger room as quite spacious. Had laundry room on separate floor. Quite a few dining options at Kyoto Station and nearby.
