The staff were amazing, from a warm welcome to thoughtful touches in the room like a hand written welcome card. The room was enormous and so comfy with views of the mountains. The hotel was close to all the sites but away from the hustle and bustle and it was very well priced

The museum visit was a surprise.
Did not have chance to try the breakfast. Need to book 1 day in advance. Either we slept late or needed to go out early so could not confirm in advance. Will try next time.

The hotel’s location was very convenient, right across from the train station and a central bus station, with a large 7/11 nearby. The shared onsen was excellent and very clean, and the gym was decently equipped. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and pleasant, with the added bonus of free coffee and matcha available all day.
