This place is an absolute gem. The view is spectacular, the buffet dinner at sunset was incredible, and the onsen is top notch.

Almost Everything, spacious, well designed Parking garage (although a bit low), very well decorated! Fully equipped kitchen, both the bed and Futon are good we slept comfortably.

It has a washer (use Google Lens to translate) but bring rope to make a drying line or walk down half a block to the washerette. 4. Regular size refrigerator/freezer 5. Detergent, dish soap, body wash, shampoo were provided 6. Local bus to Hakata and Tenjin Stations (bus 113 and costs about 450 yen per person) stops in front of the building with route signage at the bus stop (translated using Google Lens app). Bus was easy to use. Upon entering the back door pull a ticket, it will have a number on it, when you are ready to get off, go to the front, there is a screen above the driver, look for the ticket number and amount the coinsides to pay. If more than one person, let the driver know and he will calculate. Put the yen in the machine if you need change. Drop the correct amount in the plastic slot at the top.
